Fill and Stock Levels
FILL & STOCK LEVELS
Fill-level sensors report how full a waste bin or tank is, or how much of a critical supply is left, and alert the responsible team at the level you set, before something overflows, runs dry or stops work.
IoT monitoring is an add-on, priced separately from Managed IT, and also available on its own. Alerts are monitored 24x7 and go to a named person.
Fill and Stock Levels uses connected sensors, gateways and alerts to watch physical conditions for business and facility teams. The work includes selecting a useful condition, planning connectivity and routing alerts to a named responder. IoT monitoring is an add-on, scoped and priced separately from Managed IT, and hardware, software and licenses are sold separately.
The collection truck empties half-full bins on schedule while one overflows behind the building. A tank runs low on a weekend. A box of critical parts runs out the day before a job.

FEWER WASTED TRIPS. FEWER SURPRISE SHORTAGES.
Thresholds get reviewed as usage changes, and sensors are checked after containers or shelving are moved. How we keep sensors useful
Application and safety requirements vary. Monitoring supplements your operating procedures and does not replace required life-safety systems.
Fill and Stock Levels FAQ
What can fill and stock sensors help track?
Bins, tanks and critical supplies can report their status so teams know when collection, replenishment or investigation is needed.
How do we decide when a level should trigger action?
Set the threshold around the container, material, service schedule and time the team needs to respond.
What makes a level notification operationally useful?
It should identify the asset and location, explain the condition and reach the named person who owns refilling or collection.
