STARTUP LAUNCHPAD · MANAGED IT

Managed IT for Non-Tech Startups

You build the business. We get the technology ready: computers, internet, phones, email, business applications, a professional website and an AI assistant with an actual job. One accountable technology team selects, configures, secures and documents the foundation for your people.

For product, service, manufacturing, construction and professional-services founders without an in-house IT person. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Comnexiom serves Alpharetta, North Atlanta and businesses nationwide.

Every rebellion starts small. Build it on a solid base.

Launch packages for 1–25 users start at $4,500 in setup fees. Hardware, subscriptions and third-party charges are additional.

QUICK ANSWER

Comnexiom gets non-tech startups launch-ready with computers, internet, phones, email, business applications, a professional website and defined Digital Jedi AI assistants. Launch packages cover initial setup for teams of 1–25 at one location, with security, customer-owned accounts and a documented handoff. Ongoing Managed IT and optional technology guidance are separate services.

Sound familiar?

  • The founder is the IT department, with an office manager as the accidental backup.
  • Personal Gmail accounts and shared passwords are doing company work.
  • Laptops came from a big-box store and nobody configured them for the business.
  • There are no backups, and files live across personal accounts.
  • A new hire arrives on day one without a login.
THE LAUNCH FOUNDATION

Set up right from day one

We choose the tools, coordinate vendors, configure the essentials and give your team a clean handoff. Your business owns its domain, subscriptions, website and administrator accounts. The IT person holding every password is not a continuity plan; it is a single point of failure wearing a headset.

Computer selection and setup

Equipment recommendations by role and budget, purchasing coordination, accounts, updates, encryption, endpoint protection and approved applications for each included user.

Computer provisioning

Internet selection and setup

Provider and contract comparison, installation coordination, connectivity verification and backup-internet recommendations when downtime would hurt.

Business internet

Business phones and VoIP

Provider selection, users, business hours, voicemail, call routing, one main business number and number-porting coordination when needed.

Business phones and VoIP

Email and collaboration

Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, domain configuration, professional email, calendars, shared files, multi-factor authentication and email-authentication records. Comnexiom resells Microsoft 365 licensing.

Microsoft 365 and cloud

Industry applications

Requirements discovery, a shortlist of up to three suitable vendors per included application, demonstration coordination and standard configuration.

Professional website

A mobile-friendly website with services, a contact form, scheduling link, basic SEO, analytics and connection to your company-owned domain, within the selected package page count.

Digital Jedi AI assistants

Defined jobs, approved company information, reusable instructions, representative test tasks, staff training and named human owners.

Launch handoff

A technology inventory, vendor contacts, recurring-cost summary, account-ownership details and an employee onboarding and offboarding checklist.

Security and ownership belong in the foundation. Every package establishes multi-factor authentication, sensible device and account protections, customer-controlled ownership and documented administrator access.

AI WITH A MISSION

Give your Digital Jedi an actual job

An AI Employee is a configured AI assistant with a defined role, approved knowledge, clear boundaries, tested instructions and a human owner. Every included role receives company context, approved reference material, reusable instructions, 10 representative test tasks, staff training and approval rules.

We start with drafting and recommendations. No message escapes the hangar without your clearance. Sending messages, modifying business records, integrations and autonomous workflows require separate scope and safeguards.

Sales Assistant

Draft follow-ups, summarize prospect notes and prepare proposal outlines without inventing commitments.

Marketing Assistant

Draft social posts, emails and website content using approved voice, facts, offers and review rules.

Operations Assistant

Answer questions from approved procedures, draft onboarding checklists and turn knowledge into repeatable work.

The business AI platform is selected around privacy, permissions, existing tools and cost. Platform subscriptions and usage charges are additional.

OPTIONAL FLIGHT CONTROL

Keep the launch on course

Optional ongoing technology guidance supports founder meetings, vendor coordination, budgeting, AI improvements, onboarding advice and minor website updates.

Launch Guidance

Keep the basics on course. Up to 2 hours monthly for a technology sounding board and help prioritizing the next move. $350/month.

Build Guidance

Support growing complexity. Up to 4 hours monthly for vendor coordination, planning, AI refinement, onboarding advice and leadership decisions. $650/month.

Scale Guidance

Navigate active growth. Up to 8 hours monthly for technology guidance across more vendors, decisions, risks and moving parts. $1,250/month.

Priorities are agreed each month. Additional projects receive a separate quote. Guidance does not include help desk, continuous security monitoring or emergency support; those require a separate Managed IT agreement.

Technology leadership
CLEAR SCOPE. FEWER SURPRISES.

Know what is on the mission manifest

Included in the launch package

Initial website build at the selected page count; new-environment setup at one location and one platform per service; standard application configuration within the agreed scope; a 30-day correction period for delivered configurations; company ownership of domains, subscriptions, websites and administrator accounts.

Scoped or charged separately

Hardware, licenses, subscriptions, hosting and vendor usage; existing email or data migrations; e-commerce, portals and custom integrations; cabling, firewall and Wi-Fi installation, onsite labor and travel; full ERP implementations, custom software and compliance certification; new requests, unrelated support, help desk, monitoring and emergency response.

Then we keep it running

After launch, a separate Comnexiom Managed IT agreement can cover help desk, monitoring, patching, security and unlimited IT-only projects for one predictable monthly fee based on users and devices. It gives you a known support route and one team coordinating the work.

Managed IT covers IT-only projects. Hardware, software and licenses are sold separately. AI automation, IoT, cameras, cabling and third-party services are scoped separately. Internet and VoIP can be resold through Comnexiom, with the provider billing you directly.

Grow without re-doing it

Plan accounts, devices, permissions, backups and documentation to scale from 3 to 50 people. Reaching 15 employees should not automatically trigger a rip-and-replace. Keep what works, map dependencies and sequence the changes the business needs.

Build a simple technology roadmap now. Digital Jedi AI automation can expand later under its own scope, once the first roles are useful and dependable.

Startup Launch and Managed IT FAQ

What does Comnexiom set up for a startup?

The agreed launch package covers computer and user setup, internet coordination, VoIP configuration, email and collaboration, selected business applications, a website and defined Digital Jedi AI roles. Security, customer-controlled ownership, documentation and a 30-day correction period are included.

How much does startup technology setup cost?

Launch starts at $4,500 for 1–5 users, Build at $7,500 for 6–10 users, and Scale at $12,500 for 11–25 users. These are setup fees. Hardware, licenses, subscriptions, hosting, service-provider charges and other third-party costs are additional. Larger teams and more complex work receive a custom proposal.

Is ongoing Managed IT included in the launch package?

No. Launch packages cover initial setup and a 30-day correction period for delivered configurations. Help desk, ongoing monitoring, security operations and emergency support require a separate Managed IT agreement. Optional technology guidance is also separate and does not replace Managed IT.

Do the AI assistants send messages on their own?

No. Included Digital Jedi roles begin with drafts and recommendations, approved information, defined instructions, 10 representative test tasks, staff training and a human owner. Sending messages, changing business records, integrations and autonomous workflows require separate scope and safeguards.

What if we already have accounts, equipment or more than one location?

We review what you have and keep what works. The standard packages assume a new environment at one location, one email platform, one phone platform and one computer per user. Existing email or data migrations, extra locations and custom integrations receive their own scope.
