DIGITAL JEDIS · AI CREW PILOT

AI Automation Pilot

Pilot an AI crew on one real workflow

An AI crew pilot is a short, defined project where Comnexiom sets up one to three Digital Jedis (AI employees) on one repeated workflow in your business, trains them on your approved information, and keeps a person on your team in charge of everything that goes out.

Do. Or do not. There is no "try every AI tool at once."

QUICK ANSWER

AI automation helps business teams prepare repetitive work such as meeting recaps, follow-up emails and proposal drafts. Comnexiom sets up Digital Jedis on an agreed workflow using approved information, while a named person approves outgoing emails, posts, invitations and calls. AI automation is scoped and priced separately from Managed IT.

Start with one job, not a droid army

The best first pilot is a job your team repeats every week, that has a clear owner, and that eats hours nobody can spare: the meeting recap nobody writes, the follow-up that slips, the proposal that takes a whole afternoon. We pick one, prove it works, then decide together whether to expand.

The approval rule

No message escapes the hangar without your clearance. Digital Jedis prepare drafts, briefs and recommendations. You or a named person on your team approves every email, post, invitation and call before it goes out.

How the pilot works

  1. Discover. We learn how the workflow runs today, who owns it and where time slips away.
  2. Build. Our Workforce Designer maps only the Digital Jedi roles that will earn their keep.
  3. Train. Each Digital Jedi learns your services, voice, clients and approved documents.
  4. Go live. The crew starts work. Everything outgoing waits for your approval.
  5. Review. We compare time saved, rework, accuracy and usage cost with the old way, then recommend whether to expand, adjust or stop.

The AI crew pilot runs for 30 days. Pilot pricing (Starter package): $1,500 setup + $400/month. Your AI platform subscription is set up in your company's name and billed to you directly.

Pilot ideas by industry

CPA and professional firms

The Meeting Follow-Up Assistant turns approved meeting notes into a recap, action items and a follow-up email for review. The Inbox Manager flags client requests that need a partner and drafts routine replies.

Construction and trades

The General Assistant prepares a daily-report draft from field notes and photos, and the Chief of Staff tracks open RFIs, submittals and approvals so nothing waits on a forgotten email.

Manufacturers

The Knowledge Desk answers staff questions from approved procedures and manuals, citing the source, and the Proposal Writer turns quote requests into a draft for review.

Your AI crew runs on IT we already manage

For Comnexiom Managed IT clients, the crew uses the Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions and security we already look after. That means fewer surprises about who can see what, and one team accountable for both. AI automation is scoped and priced separately from the Managed IT monthly fee.

AI crew pilot FAQ

Do Digital Jedis send anything on their own?

No. They prepare drafts and recommendations. A named person approves every outgoing email, post, invitation and call.

What does a pilot need from us?

One repeated workflow, a person who owns it, access to the approved information the crew should use, and a short review at the end.

Is AI automation included in Managed IT?

No. AI crews are scoped and priced separately. Managed IT clients benefit because the crew runs on accounts and security we already manage.

What if the pilot doesn't save time?

Then we say so. The review step compares the pilot with the old process, and stopping is a valid outcome.
