Production equipment is handled with careful scoping, vendor coordination and appropriate separation from business systems: plant network assessments, separate production (OT) and office (IT) networks with controlled paths between them, Wi-Fi for the floor, warehouse and yard, and documented vendor access. IT network projects are included in Complete Care; cabling and camera work for new lines is quoted separately.

Alerts are monitored 24x7. IoT monitoring is priced separately.
