HOW WE WORK

Start with the problem.
Choose the right level of help.

Some organizations need clarity. Others need a project, ongoing ownership, extra capacity, or executive guidance. Comnexiom defines the engagement around the outcome—not around whatever contract happens to be nearest the printer.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

Different problems deserve different commitments.

Each engagement establishes scope, ownership, assumptions, decision rights, deliverables, and next steps before meaningful work begins.

A PRACTICAL DELIVERY MODEL

Clarity before complexity.

Coordinate the work, communicate progress, manage risk and changes, test the result, and document what was delivered.

  4. 04

    Operate & Improve

Where ongoing ownership is needed, monitor health, support users and systems, review performance, and refine the roadmap.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Choose confidently.

Do we have to know which engagement we need before contacting Comnexiom?

No. The complimentary Technology Risk and Opportunity Review exists to clarify the problem and recommend the most sensible starting point.

Can an assessment be completed without committing to implementation?

Yes. A focused assessment can stand alone and provide findings, priorities, and a roadmap. Any later implementation should be separately defined so the recommendation is not disguised as a mandatory shopping cart.

What is the difference between managed and co-managed IT?

Managed IT places broader day-to-day responsibility with Comnexiom. Co-managed IT supplements an internal team with selected tools, expertise, coverage, projects, or operational capacity while preserving internal ownership.

Can a project become an ongoing managed service?

Yes, when ongoing ownership creates value. Monitoring, support, administration, lifecycle work, reporting, and improvement responsibilities are defined separately from the implementation project.

NOT SURE WHICH OPTION FITS?

That is what the first conversation is for.

Bring the problem, risk, project, or opportunity. Comnexiom will help determine the smallest sensible engagement that can move it forward.
